"REDSURV", "we", "us", or "our" refers to REDSURV, a UK-based independent marine survey and engineering service provider. "Client" refers to the individual or organisation commissioning the services. "Report" refers to any written, photographic, or electronic output issued by REDSURV.

All surveys and inspections are non-invasive, visual, and observational unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. Services are limited to the scope agreed at the time of booking or quotation. REDSURV does not undertake dismantling, intrusive inspection, destructive examination, or testing under load unless explicitly contracted.

Reports issued by REDSURV do not constitute certification, classification approval, flag-state approval, statutory inspection, or regulatory compliance. Any references to standards (including but not limited to IEC 60079, BS7671, ISO standards, or classification society rules) are provided for guidance only.

Hazardous Area (Ex) inspections are conducted as observational assessments only. REDSURV does not issue Ex certification, ATEX certification, conformity assessment, or regulatory approval. COMPEX certification demonstrates personnel competence only and does not imply certification of equipment or installations.

The Client must provide safe and reasonable access to all areas to be inspected. All relevant documentation (drawings, certificates, manuals, records) must be made available prior to or during the inspection. REDSURV accepts no responsibility for areas that are inaccessible, concealed, unsafe, or not made available by the Client.

Reports are prepared solely for the Client named in the engagement. Third parties must not rely on reports without REDSURV's written consent. REDSURV accepts no liability to any third party relying on a report without such consent.

REDSURV's liability is limited to the fee paid for the relevant service. REDSURV accepts no liability for consequential, indirect, or economic losses arising from reliance on any report or service.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and in accordance with applicable legal and professional obligations. Survey reports and associated data are typically retained for a minimum of six years.
